KASUGA

KASUGA is a sports club offering martial arts and fitness training for children and adults, alongside women-focused classes and self-defence programs. Its activities include Judo and Ju-Jitsu for both children and adults, providing opportunities for participants to practise these disciplines at different ages. Women can join Lady Kruháč, a circuit-training program, while self-defence classes are available for women and girls. The club also lists self-defence services for institutions.

KASUGA’s website provides information about Judo, including techniques and examinations, as well as details about its classes and contact options. Visitors can make online reservations and access their bookings and subscriptions through the site. The club is based in the Czech Republic and can be contacted by phone or email for enquiries about its offerings. With a range of martial arts, fitness, and practical self-defence activities, KASUGA serves participants seeking structured training in a club setting, from children and adults learning Judo or Ju-Jitsu to women interested in circuit exercise or self-defence.
