Katja Westerbarkey

Katja Westerbarkey is a parent, child and family coach, and midwife who supports families seeking a calmer, more harmonious everyday life. Her work focuses on helping parents understand children’s intense emotions, respond to emotional outbursts with confidence, and strengthen their relationships with their children. She also guides parents in recognizing their own feelings, needs and boundaries, and in understanding how past experiences can influence family life.

Coaching is available online or in person. The main family coaching programme includes five 60-minute sessions, while a 60-minute one-to-one session offers focused support for immediate challenges.
