KAT Sports

KAT Sports organizes inclusive, accessible sports leagues for adults of all skill levels. Its programs offer a welcoming way to stay active, reconnect with the enjoyment of playing, meet new people, and take part in either a competitive challenge or a more social experience. The leagues are designed for participants who want to relive past sporting experiences or simply have fun, regardless of their level of ability.

Sports offered include flag football, pickleball, sand volleyball, and indoor volleyball. Participants can register online, sign up as free agents, and view game schedules and calendars. KAT Sports also provides league rules, game location information, and text and email communications to help players stay informed about updates and schedules. The website includes contact details for questions, downloadable resources, and access to the organization’s app. By bringing together league information and practical tools for participation, KAT Sports makes it easier for adults to find a place to play and connect through sport.
