Kauvery Marathon is an annual community event built around resilience, unity, and support for meaningful causes. Launched in 2015, it has grown over 11 years into a movement spanning five cities and welcoming more than 25,000 participants each year. Runners, walkers, volunteers, and supporters come together to take part, with each city bringing its own character while sharing the event’s purpose.

The marathon aims to raise awareness of health and social issues, connect communities, and encourage positive change. Organized in association with Kauvery’s wider commitment to care beyond hospital walls, it presents running as more than a sporting challenge: each step contributes to a shared journey of hope and healing. The event offers opportunities to register and participate, with location information, event photographs, galleries, and results available for selected locations, including Trichy, Salem, and Nellai (Tirunelveli).
