Opened in April 2022, it connects the former Kawaguchi Parking Area with Iina Park Kawaguchi, a city-operated park, creating the first highway oasis on the Metropolitan Expressway. Nearby Iina Park provides a pond, wooded grounds, and children’s playground equipment. The facilities combine dining, play, and relaxation for both highway users and local visitors.
