Kawaii Kon

Kawaii Kon is an annual three-day convention celebrating Japanese culture, anime, and pop culture in Honolulu, Hawai‘i. Held at the Hawai‘i Convention Center, the event brings fans together for a wide-ranging program of entertainment, creative activities, and community experiences. Its offerings include concerts, cosplay events and contests, photoshoots, fashion shows, fan panels, an art auction, and the Kawaii Kon Song Contest.

Attendees can also explore an Exhibit Hall featuring hundreds of artists and vendors, visit the Manga Library and Cosplay Cafe, and take part in tabletop and video gaming, including esports tournaments and casual free play.
