KayDee Homes

KayDee Homes is a provider of residential children’s homes, focused on creating safe, nurturing environments where children and young people can thrive. Its homes support children who may have experienced neglect, abuse, family breakdown, trauma, or other disruptive circumstances. The organisation aims to provide stability, encourage development, and ensure each young person’s wishes and needs are heard.

KayDee Homes offers bespoke packages of care, planned with the professionals involved in each placement. Support includes tiered programmes, therapeutic services, and additional assistance tailored to individual needs. Its approach emphasises kindness, equality and diversity, early intervention, social connection, hobbies, and guidance toward independent living.

The organisation is led by a management team with experience in social work, youth justice, residential childcare, safeguarding, and support for young people with complex needs. KayDee Homes also gives residents access to two furnished holiday lodges at Tattershall Lakes Country Park in Lincolnshire, offering an opportunity to enjoy a stay away, with lake views and access to on-site facilities and activities.
