KBDB

The Royal Belgian Pigeon Fanciers’ Association (KBDB) is Belgium’s national organization for pigeon fanciers and racing pigeon clubs. It supports members and local associations through administration, sport regulations, competition information, and resources for the care and management of racing pigeons. Its website provides details on national and provincial races, release schedules and locations, race results, rankings, championships, and competition criteria. Members can also access forms, guidance, useful programs, pigeon-loft coordination information, and online services for applications and administration.

KBDB coordinates activities across regional and provincial structures, including youth clubs, beginner programs, and regional championships. It publishes news and official notices, shares meeting agendas and reports, and provides information about pigeon health measures and avian influenza. Practical services include searching for or reporting a lost Belgian pigeon, reporting foreign pigeons, finding reception centres, and arranging transport for lost birds. The association also offers information on fancy pigeons, auctions, and pigeon-related events. Through its resources and services, KBDB helps organize and inform Belgium’s pigeon-fancier community.
