Kitchen & Cafe Bliss is a vegan food business founded by two sisters from Hyvinkää, Finland. Inspired by a desire to bring something new to the local food scene, they created what they describe as Hyvinkää’s first fully vegan café. The business began operating at Knehtilä organic farm in 2019 and later invested in a mobile grill trailer, allowing the sisters to serve vegan food at different locations and events.

Its offerings have included hearty grilled dishes and treats, with past social media posts highlighting vegan burgers, pizza and ice cream. The trailer, known as Pitsu, has appeared at Hyvinkää’s summer terrace and market, as well as other locations, and has been used for seasonal pop-ups and event catering. Kitchen & Cafe Bliss combines café-style hospitality with a flexible, mobile service, bringing plant-based food to community gatherings.

The website states that the business is not currently operating, so its historical offerings and appearances should not be taken as an indication that services are presently available
