KCCB General Secretariat is the assembly of Catholic Bishops in Kenya, working collaboratively to promote the Catholic Church and its values in the country. With 26 Catholic jurisdictions, including archdioceses, dioceses, apostolic vicariates, and a military ordinariate, the conference ensures the pastoral care and spiritual well-being of Christ's faithful in Kenya. The Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops holds regular Plenary Assemblies, where all the bishops gather to discuss and address pastoral concerns across the country.

To implement and coordinate the mission of the Catholic Church at the national level, the KCCB established the General Secretariat, led by the Executive Officer, the General Secretary. The General Secretariat includes various commissions responsible for specific areas such as economic affairs, promotion of integral human development, health, justice and peace, and pastoral and lay apostolate. It also oversees major seminaries, including St.

Augustine's Senior Seminary and St. Mary's Propaedeutic Seminary, among others. Through its dedicated efforts, KCCB General Secretariat strives to contribute to the greater good offered by the Catholic Church to all humanity in Kenya
