About Karma Changchub Ling
Karma Changchub Ling (KCCL) is a dedicated Buddhist Residential Meditation Centre rooted in a monastic tradition that serves as a spiritual haven in Halifax. With a vision centered on community, KCCL offers a range of activities designed to foster mindfulness and meditation practice, including daily sessions, educational classes, and extensive lectures featuring revered teachers like His Holiness the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa and Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche.
The centre provides a warm, welcoming Mahasangha space for visiting instructors while nurturing local practitioners with a monthly calendar of events and retreats aimed at personal growth and spiritual development.
