KC Hockey

Knights of Columbus Hockey Club (KC Hockey) is Edmonton’s city-wide provider of organized minor hockey, welcoming players from ages 4 to 20. Its programs span Initiation, known as TimBits, community House hockey, competitive Rep and Elite teams, and U21 recreational hockey. Local House clubs administer community programs, while the KC Athletics Club manages the city-wide Elite program, with AAA, AA and A opportunities for eligible players from U11 to U18.

KC Hockey aims to make the sport enjoyable while helping young people develop hockey skills, discipline, sportsmanship, teamwork and lasting friendships. Its TimBits program introduces younger players to the game in a supportive environment, and the organization provides parents with information such as equipment guidance and registration details. Services and resources also include tryout and player evaluation processes, conditioning camps, spring hockey ID skates, schedules, coaching resources, and the KC Ice Exchange, which helps teams trade or find ice time. KC Hockey also shares information about financial assistance and player safety, including the Respect in Sport program.
