Anthí-Zo is a creative activity centre in Patras, Greece, serving children, teenagers and adults with disabilities from the age of five to 50. The centre aims to support participants’ quality of life and that of their families by providing safe, purposeful ways to spend their free time. Its educational and creative activities take place in specially adapted spaces and are guided by specialised, experienced staff.

The programme includes music therapy, physiotherapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, counselling, theatre games, painting, children’s literature, cooking, creative writing, clay work, crafts and adapted exercise. Activities also encourage social interaction and the development of self-care skills. Anthí-Zo offers free meals and transport, with services described as free through the ESpa programme. The centre operates within the “Reconciliation of Family and Professional Life” initiative, implemented by EETAA. Based at Miltiadou 13 in the Agyia area of Patras, it is open Monday to Friday, from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
