About Central Transdanubian Regional Innovation Agency
DDRIÜ is a partner agency of the PROMOTER Interreg Europe project, which aims to support the development of regional strategies for sustainable mobility through green energy producer-consumer centers. The project is funded by the European Union and the Hungarian State. The international opening conference of PROMOTER took place on June 28-29, 2023, in Livorno, Italy, where the partners briefly introduced their starting positions regarding regional strategies, sustainable mobility, and green energy producer-consumer centers.
In July and August 2023, DDRIÜ conducted an analysis of the situation in the Dél-Dunántúl/Del-Danube region in Hungary. They compiled two documents, one focusing on readiness indicators for renewable energy communities and the other providing an overview of the region's characteristics, infrastructure, stakeholders, and a SWOT analysis. DDRIÜ also created project posters and roll-ups in Hungarian and English.
