About KD's Books
KD's Books, established in 1990 by Cheryl Collier, has been a beloved fixture in downtown Lee’s Summit for over 30 years. Specializing in children's literature, learning materials, toys, and games, we cater to booklovers of all ages. While focusing on expanding our selection of adult bestsellers and gifts, we actively engage with the Lee’s Summit community through book clubs, author signings, and special events for children.
Our vast collection includes fiction and non-fiction children's books, classics, modern tales, and activity books. Although we no longer accept used books for trade, we host periodic book exchanges for readers to swap gently used books.
