About Keep Mississippi Beautiful
Keep Mississippi Beautiful is a brand that aims to inspire and educate Mississippians to make a positive impact on their community environment. With a dedicated staff and board of directors, they work tirelessly to promote and maintain the beauty of Mississippi. Led by Executive Director Sarah Kountouris, the team is committed to providing resources, programs, and volunteer opportunities to empower individuals to take action.
Their programs and initiatives include the Great American Cleanup, the Cigarette Litter Prevention Program, and the Wildflower Trails of Mississippi. In addition, they offer a Test Your Knowledge section on their website to educate the public about environmental issues. By collaborating with affiliates, such as the National Garden Clubs Inc.
