KeepOn LIVE is Italy’s first trade association for live clubs and festivals, dedicated to promoting original live music and supporting the places where it is performed. The association brings together venues, festivals, professionals and other organisations working across Italy’s live-music sector, creating opportunities to connect, exchange ideas and grow collectively through online and in-person events.
Its work includes representing members’ interests and advocating for their needs with local, national and international institutions, including in discussions around supportive laws and programmes. KeepOn LIVE also maps venues, spaces and professional roles, gathering information to help identify the needs and challenges of its member organisations. It provides training on technological innovation and regulatory developments, as well as guidance on cultural project planning, funding calls and partnerships. The association also supports the development of new business models for live-music spaces.
Through initiatives such as KeepOn LIVE Fest, it creates meeting and showcase opportunities for the sector, including for emerging music projects. Live clubs and festivals can learn about joining the association through its website.
