About Keep Talking Services
Keep Talking Services is a telephone befriending service based in Herne Bay, Kent. We specialize in pairing students with individuals, providing a weekly platform for meaningful connections. Our calls can range from 20 minutes to however long you need them to be.
We are dedicated to supporting individuals who suffer from mental health issues and may have been excluded from other befriending services due to risk factors. It is our priority to carefully and safely meet the unique needs of each person we work with. Referrals for our services come from a variety of sources, including local authorities, self-referrals, and social prescribing.
Our goal is to be as inclusive as possible, never turning our backs on someone in need. In cases where our service may not be beneficial, we collaborate with other agencies to find suitable alternatives. As a charity founded in 2020 during the first national lockdown, Keep Talking Services has quickly become a trusted name in the field.
