KeGro

KeGro is the workshop of Keno Grote, a trained carpenter based in Wiefelstede in the Ammerland region of Germany. The brand creates made-to-measure storage furniture for riders, with each piece individually planned and handcrafted rather than mass-produced. Its Stable Buddy range includes the compact, mobile Mini, the larger Stable Buddy and the high-capacity Stable Buddy Max. Depending on the model, features include holders for saddles, bridles and saddle pads, plus space for grooming bags and other riding equipment. Optional extras include lockable flaps, protective edging, storage compartments and fold-down shelves.

The cabinets are made primarily from solid wood, such as spruce or pine, with other wood types available on request. Metal fittings are hand-forged, and customers can choose a preferred finish. KeGro guides clients from initial consultation and design through workshop production, delivery and on-site assembly. Alongside equestrian storage, Keno Grote offers custom carpentry, including built-in cabinets, shelving, bespoke furniture, wood repairs and restoration. The business serves the Ammerland and nearby areas, with wider projects considered by request.
