Keju Campers is a custom camper conversion and renovation business founded by Stef van Laarhoven and based in Purmerend, the Netherlands. The company helps customers create campers suited to their travel plans and personal preferences, with work ranging from a complete conversion of an empty van to improvements to an existing camper’s interior. Its services also include off-grid installations, such as solar panels and water systems, for customers seeking greater independence on the road. For exterior upgrades, Keju Campers can add features including awnings, roof terraces and LED bars.

The brand is built around the idea of freedom, adventure and travelling when and where you choose. Founder Stef brings personal experience to the work: he spends six months each year living in a customized camper while working as a snowboard trainer in Austria, and the rest of the year building bespoke campers in the workshop. Keju Campers showcases vehicles designed for journeys such as wild camping in Norway, staying by Portugal’s beaches and travelling self-sufficiently. The workshop operates by appointment.
