KEKS Self Defence

KEKS Self Defence offers self-defence training and courses in Unterschleißheim, near Munich. The programme is designed for children, teenagers and adults, with age-based group sessions held at the Familienzentrum in Unterschleißheim. Training focuses on practical techniques for blocking attacks, responding to threatening situations and escaping danger, including situations involving a physically stronger attacker or an unexpected assault.

Alongside physical skills, KEKS Self Defence emphasizes building confidence, improving posture and developing a calm, controlled response under pressure. Regular practice is intended to help participants strengthen their instincts, reduce fear and approach challenging situations with greater assurance. Classes take place in a large hall equipped with floor mats and training bags, with separate changing rooms and toilets available.

The site lists children’s sessions for ages 6–8 and 9–12, as well as training for teenagers and adults. It also invites prospective participants to contact the instructor to arrange a free trial session. KEKS Self Defence is based at Alexander-Pachmann-Strasse 40, Unterschleißheim, and can be reached by phone or email for course enquiries.
