Kelley Wilks is a life coach who supports women and people who identify as female through major life changes and the transitions of a “third act.” Through her Silver Sage Rising program, she helps clients reclaim their voice and visibility, clarify what matters to them, and move toward a more meaningful next chapter. Her approach combines one-on-one coaching with Positive Intelligence (PQ) mental-fitness training, hypnotherapy, creativity, and personal reflection.

Services include a four-month journey pairing six weeks of PQ training with tailored coaching, a year-long program for deeper personal work and ongoing support, and one-to-three-day intensives for individuals or small groups. Intensives are offered in a retreat format, sometimes in remote or resort settings. Kelley’s coaching addresses shifting priorities, empty nesting, career or relationship changes, boundaries, and patterns that may hold clients back. Participants work toward greater clarity, healthier habits, and a practical plan for what comes next. Kelley also offers a free Sage Diagnosis conversation for women considering whether her coaching is a fit.
