Kelly Richardson

Kelly Richardson Photography is a Los Angeles-based photography and digital arts business owned by photographer and educator Kelly Richardson. With more than 20 years of experience in photography, Kelly specializes in creating polished, expressive images of pets, using thoughtful lighting, settings, props, and colors. Services include commercial pet photography, celebrity pet photo shoots, and on-location sessions in clients’ homes. Photo editing and retouching are included, and clients can receive social-media-sized images for sharing. Pets photographed may also be considered for future projects such as calendars, books, puzzles, and greeting cards.

The business also supports animal rescue organizations through professional adoption photography and photography training, reflecting Kelly’s belief in the value of strong images in helping homeless pets find homes. Its creative work includes pet stock images and social practice art. Kelly is also the author, photographer, and designer of Meow Mischief Caught on Camera: Haiku A to Z, a children’s book for ages 4–12 that combines kitten photography, poetry, phonics, syllable counting, and animal-rescue activities.
