Kelmo Koi is a pond and koi specialist based at Eerdshaag 22 in Kelmond-Beek, where it has operated since 1993. The business sells pond fish, aquatic plants and pond supplies, with a substantial portion of its fish and plants raised in its own facilities. Its breeding operation includes around ten ponds and 100 tanks, producing varieties such as koi, goldfish, golden orfe, shubunkins and golden minnows.
Other fish, including sturgeon, Japanese koi and oranda, are purchased young and raised by the business. Kelmo Koi also regularly imports Japanese koi and offers a large selection of jumbo koi. For pond construction and filtration, the company manufactures its own HDPE product range, including multi-chamber filters in pump-fed and gravity models.
It also makes HDPE plant filters to requested dimensions and complete plug-and-play HDPE ponds with built-in filtration, a plant filter, pump and UVC lamp. Custom-made options are available. The business serves pond keepers seeking fish, plants, equipment or tailored pond and filtration solutions
