Sopocki Klub Kendo is a licensed Polish Kendo Association club dedicated to Japanese swordsmanship, martial arts and Japanese culture. Based in the Gdynia area, it offers training in kendo, iaido and jodo for children aged 6–14, teenagers and adults, welcoming beginners and experienced practitioners of all genders and fitness levels. Sessions are generally organized in separate groups by age and experience and are led by active competitors and experienced instructors. Training combines swordsmanship techniques and etiquette with general fitness exercises, games and movement activities. Beginners can attend a free first session in ordinary sportswear; the club provides an initial practice weapon, and no specialist equipment or prior physical preparation is required.

Kendo uses a bamboo sword and protective armour for dynamic, controlled practice. Iaido focuses on sword techniques, while jodo teaches defensive fencing with a staff. Alongside regular classes, the club stages demonstrations and choreographed historical-style fights, tournaments and performances for public events, companies, private clients and institutions.
