Kenya Forests Organisation is a non-governmental professional membership body for foresters in Kenya. Registered in 1979, it provides a forum for forestry professionals to contribute to national development and environmental conservation. Its mission is to empower the forestry profession through quality member services and advance sustainable forest management for present and future generations.

The organisation supports professional practice through advocacy and lobbying, promotes standards, accreditation and certification in the forest sector, and shares forestry knowledge and information with members, partners, policymakers and the public. It also convenes annual conferences, dialogues and other events to discuss issues and challenges facing the profession. Its activities include recognition awards for members who have rendered distinguished service, as well as publications, webinars and news on forestry and environmental topics.

Membership is available in full, student, corporate, associate and life categories. The organisation also provides member benefits and resources such as continuing professional development information, a code of conduct, a directory of registered professional foresters and a Kenyan forestry newsletter.
