About Kep Children
KEPCHILDREN is a French-Cambodian association dedicated to facilitating access to education for underprivileged children in Kep, a village located in southern Cambodia. Established in 2012, KEPCHILDREN works closely with the public school of Kep, as well as the Educating Smiling Children kindergarten and the Chomka Dong high school, located 10 km away from the village. Their primary mission is to improve the lives of these children and their families by providing educational support, health care, transportation assistance, social services, and nutritional support.
KEPCHILDREN ensures that each child receives the necessary school materials, uniforms, and shoes twice a year, as well as additional language and math support and free English classes. Dental examinations, medical expense coverage, and free access to showers are also provided. The association distributes 10 kg of rice per month to each child and offers socio-cultural activities, such as outings, Khmer boxing lessons, and mini-camps.
KEPCHILDREN is committed to working together with the families they support, providing tailored assistance to cater to the unique needs of each child and encouraging them to be active participants in shaping their future
