KEPLER uses a vertically integrated modular building process, preparing prefabricated timber-frame structures, energy systems and interiors in its own workshop. The company says production takes seven weeks, placement takes about 40 minutes, and finishing takes ten days. Its homes offer 144 square metres of living space, four bedrooms and large windows. KEPLER also markets homes to property investors, highlighting rental potential and a streamlined purchase process in which payment is due at the signing of the deed.
