Kernow Smart Homes

Kernow Smart Homes designs and installs technology solutions that make homes smarter, more comfortable and easier to use. Working with homeowners in Cornwall, the company creates fully automated, technologically advanced homes where systems are integrated with care and tailored to each household’s needs. It is the lead Niko Home Control integration partner for Cornwall, combining this platform with a range of technology, design options and functionality choices.

Every project begins with understanding the client’s home, family, lifestyle and priorities. Kernow Smart Homes uses this insight to design a system intended to enhance daily life, remain simple for the whole family to operate and help future-proof the home. Its process covers consultation, system design and installation, supporting clients from their initial ideas through to enjoying the finished space. The company also provides guidance for planning a smart home, including a downloadable checklist and brochure. Homeowners can contact Kernow Smart Homes for an informal conversation about their project and how integrated technology could help bring their vision for a more capable, thoughtfully designed home to life.
