Congress of the Jewish Religious Organizations and Associations in Russia (KEROOR) is a centralized religious organization dedicated to promoting and facilitating Jewish religious life across Russia. Our mission is to make the observance of Jewish traditions attractive and comfortable by coordinating, directing, and supporting the activities of Jewish communities and organizations. KEROOR offers a wide range of services and programs to enhance Jewish religious life.

We have a Rabbinical Court that handles matters related to Jewish marriage, divorce, and conversion. Our Religious Services department provides comprehensive support to communities throughout Russia, ensuring they have everything necessary to uphold Torah-prescribed lifestyle. Additionally, we have a Sofer Center that writes, checks, restores, and repairs Torah scrolls, tefillin, and mezuzahs.

Our Shorashim Center assists individuals in searching for documents and confirming their Jewish heritage. KEROOR also offers legal assistance, pre-trial conflict resolution, charity programs, and educational initiatives. We coordinate the activities of community rabbis and provide comprehensive support to help Jews connect with traditions and culture across Russia.
