KERSTIN URBAN

Kerstin Urban’s “Pferde beWEGen Menschen” offers holistic support for people and horses, helping them reflect on challenges, develop new perspectives, and find a more harmonious way forward together. Kerstin Urban draws on her work as an equine therapist and her belief in mindfulness, awareness, and the connection between people and horses. Perception exercises and groundwork with horses introduce clients to a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationship with their horse.

Her services include equine behavior therapy, equine physiotherapy, laser therapy, craniosacral therapy, OsteoConcept coaching, animal communication, and trail experiences. The practice also offers programs for personal development through interaction with horses, including intensive courses, workshops, training days in the trail garden, activities for children and families, and mobility and stability training for riders. The website also features information about Urban’s philosophy, professional background, horse herd, and collaborations. Based in Didderse, Germany, Kerstin Urban presents her work as a mindful, holistic approach to supporting both people and horses through change and growth.
