Keski-Uudenmaan Kuulo ry is an independent association affiliated with the Finnish Federation of the Hard of Hearing. Founded in 1975, it serves people with hearing loss and their families across Kerava, Järvenpää, Tuusula, Nurmijärvi and Sipoo. The association has more than 900 members and is run by volunteers who support others facing similar challenges.

Its program includes tinnitus peer-support groups in Kerava and Järvenpää, seasonal gatherings, meetings and opportunities for exercise. Through its hearing support services, the association also shares practical advice and local information.
