The Keto-Initiative Inc. is a ketogenic lifestyle education and coaching business founded by Robert Schneeberger, a self-described ketogenic lifestyle expert, coach, and trained chef. The brand helps people learn how to adopt and sustain a low-carbohydrate, high-fat way of eating, whether they are new to keto or seeking support with weight management and food choices.
Its offerings include online courses, coaching, recipes, videos, blog content, and educational resources covering meal preparation, supplements, practical dos and don’ts, and common challenges. The Mastering a Ketogenic Lifestyle course is designed to help participants prepare for the transition and understand how to navigate everyday eating. The Keto-Initiative also emphasizes balanced protein and fat choices and offers chef-created meals intended to add variety to keto menus.
Robert draws on his personal experience with the lifestyle and his background preparing food professionally to support clients with recipes, guidance, and accountability. Prospective clients can request a free 15-minute consultation, and the company notes that in-person classes are planned, with scheduling to be announced
