About Kevin Michael Reed
Kevin Michael Reed is a theater director and theater maker based in New York, London, and Dublin. With a focus on new play development and contemporary stagings, Kevin brings innovative approaches to his productions that directly respond to the world around us. As a theater director, producer, dramaturg, playwright, lighting designer, and AV designer, Kevin has a diverse range of skills that contribute to the creation of compelling and thought-provoking shows.
With a BFA in Photography, an MA in Playwriting, and an MFA in Theatre Directing, Kevin combines his artistic expertise to push the boundaries of theatrical form. He incorporates new technologies and media to enhance the audience's experience and tell stories that challenge the status quo. Kevin's passion lies in capturing real people and exploring socially relevant narratives that provoke empathy and spark dialogue.
