Kfast

Kfast, formally Eskilstuna Kommunfastigheter AB, is a community-focused property company and landlord serving Eskilstuna. Its work combines property management with development, aiming to create homes, workplaces and places that support everyday life across the city. The company rents residential apartments, commercial premises, spaces for municipal services, garages, parking places and storage units.

Residents can find available homes, join the housing queue, manage customer services and request maintenance; businesses and municipal tenants can explore premises and access dedicated support. Kfast also builds new housing and premises, carries out renovations and property maintenance, and supports municipal construction projects. Its services include guidance for new tenants, information about housing and rental policies, and practical advice on living in and caring for homes and premises.

The company highlights sustainability in its environmental and climate work, and provides information about procurement, employment and its organisation. Through leasing, service and development, Kfast helps shape Eskilstuna’s built environment for residents, businesses and the wider community
