Yayasan Pendidikan Khalifah | Ampang is a non-profit organization that was established in October 2012. They govern two schools and one training academy with the aim of providing a holistic education inspired by the Khalifah Method. At Khalifah Training Academy (KTA), they develop training modules and conduct programs to share the Khalifah Method with as many people as possible.

They believe that by providing a positive worldview and a good understanding of the Laws of Learning, individuals and social groups can naturally move towards everything good and right. Khalifah Model School (Primary) offers a comprehensive education that covers the national curriculum along with Diniyyah courses, co-curricular activities, and martial arts. Khalifah Model School (Secondary) is an integrated Islamic school that focuses on understanding Sunnatullah and Syariatullah in the students' learning.

Through their founder, the late Prof. Muhammad Al’Mahdi Jenkins, Yayasan Pendidikan Khalifah | Ampang aims to make Malaysia a model for other countries to follow in terms of character, spiritual, and academic excellence. They continue this vision by disseminating the Khalifah Method through their institute and schools
