Established in 2015 by comic book creator and educator Naseed Gifted, the festival has quickly become a leading event in the animation short film circuit, attracting international filmmakers and animation enthusiasts. Central to KHEM FEST is the Khem Animation Film Festival (KAFF), which showcases exceptional works from diverse creators in the realms of animation, gaming, and comic books.
