Khayr Ummah is a social association established in Tripoli on 01/07/2020, dedicated to assisting individuals with special needs facing challenging health and social conditions in Tripoli and its suburbs. Their previous initiatives include expanding the association's center, establishing a specialized medical center for special needs individuals, providing monthly health assistance, educational and training courses, enrolling students in official educational institutions, and offering social aid.

Their current goals involve completing the setup of the medical center with five different specialties, creating educational rooms for informative programs, and establishing an integrated entertainment center for special needs children. Future plans include building a primary healthcare center and a residence for special needs individuals and the elderly. Khayr Ummah offers medical, social, educational, and entertainment services for individuals with disabilities in Tripoli, targeting various age groups.
