KickAsh

KickAsh is a free, confidential counselling service and online support tool from Newfoundland and Labrador’s Smokers’ Helpline. It helps people who are considering quitting smoking or vaping, preparing to quit, or working to stay smoke-free. Whether someone is just exploring the idea or ready to take action, KickAsh offers practical tips, encouragement, and tools to support their goals.

Visitors can create a profile, access quit tips shared by others, and add tips of their own. The site also includes cost calculators that estimate how much smoking or vaping may cost per week, month, and year, helping users see potential savings from quitting. Informational resources and facts provide further support along the way.

For more personal assistance, users can contact the Smokers’ Helpline by calling 1-800-363-5864, texting 709-700-7002, or emailing [email protected]. KickAsh combines online resources with confidential support to help people make a quit plan that fits their readiness and needs.
