Kickstart Rosmalen

Kickstart Rosmalen is a kickboxing club serving people of all ages in Rosmalen and the surrounding area, with training held at Sporthal de Hazelaar in De Groote Wielen. The club offers beginner-level kickboxing classes for participants aged 10 and up, with options for training with or without physical contact. More experienced students can join the NextLevel group for Thai kickboxing with contact, and participants can also train in a competitive context. Kickstart Rosmalen additionally offers clinics and private lessons; visitors are encouraged to contact the club for details. A free trial lesson is available for prospective members.

Training combines conditioning, strength and cardio exercises with varied sparring sessions. The club also emphasizes personal development, including respect, self-control, discipline, perseverance, confidence and resilience. Breathing, concentration and physical-control exercises help participants focus, manage challenges and understand their limits. Through coaching and training, members work on maintaining good posture, positioning and defense, including when tired. Kickstart Rosmalen presents kickboxing as a way to develop both physical fitness and mental skills.
