Kiddycare Nurseries Ltd is an independent, award-winning childcare group founded in 1984 by Managing Director Kala Patel OBE. With four day nurseries in Leicester and one in Camden, London, Kiddycare provides care for children aged from birth to 11 years. Its services include day care and holiday clubs, supported by an inclusive, child-centred approach that aims to give every child a safe, loving and nurturing environment.
Kiddycare plans activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, using learning through play to support children’s individual abilities and development. Its approach also includes facilities and play, healthy eating and hygiene, health and wellbeing, and key-person support. The nurseries are run by highly qualified teams, with many staff members having worked with the group for more than 10 years. Staff development, evaluation and reflection are part of its commitment to quality care. Kiddycare works in partnership with families, aiming to help children grow into happy, resilient, confident and independent members of their community.
