About Kidsafe Victoria
Kidsafe Victoria is the leading independent, charitable foundation dedicated to the prevention of unintentional death, injury, and associated disability to Victorian children. With the aim of keeping kids safe, Kidsafe Victoria offers a range of products, services, and resources to help educate and inform parents, carers, and the community. Their comprehensive Safety Advice covers various areas such as home safety, including tips on TV and furniture tip overs, curtain and blind cord safety, fires, burns, scalds, poisoning, and safe sleeping.
Kidsafe Victoria also provides guidance on farm safety, road safety, water safety, and sports safety. In addition, they offer a Free Child Car Restraint Checking Program to ensure children are properly secured while traveling in vehicles, and they provide training for professionals such as MCH Nurses and Early Childhood Educators.
