Kids' Chance of Maryland is a non-profit organization that has been providing educational scholarships since 1996 to the children of Maryland's catastrophically injured workers. Unfortunately, every year, hundreds of workers in Maryland become disabled due to on-the-job injuries, and about 60 lose their lives. Kids' Chance of Maryland aims to give these children an opportunity to pursue higher education, achieve their goals, and fulfill their dreams for the future.
As part of a national organization, Kids' Chance of Maryland is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of deserving students. Through the support of annual sponsors, donors, and volunteers, the organization was able to help 22 students in 2017. Every donation, no matter how small, plays a crucial role in helping students fulfill their dreams.
Kids' Chance of Maryland is an exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and donations may be partially or fully tax-deductible. Join their mission, subscribe to their newsletter, and make a donation to make a positive impact on the lives of deserving students
