Kids' Chance of CT

Kids’ Chance of Connecticut (KCCT) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping children of Connecticut workers whose serious or fatal work-related injuries have affected their families. Its mission is to provide educational scholarships that give these students the opportunity to pursue post-secondary education, including college and trade school, and build a better future.

Recognizing that a workplace accident can impact an entire family, KCCT focuses its support on the workers’ children. The organization shares information about scholarship applications, introduces featured recipients, and offers resources to help families plan for the future. Community members can contribute through donations, volunteering, and participation in fundraising and awareness events. Its calendar has included charity golf outings and cornhole tournaments, which help raise funds and spread the word about its work.

KCCT is part of the broader Kids’ Chance community and has been recognized as a Kids’ Chance Gold Level organization for nonprofit excellence. Through scholarships and community support, the organization helps eligible students pursue their educational goals.
