Kids First Children’s Urgent Care provides pediatric urgent and primary care in Limestone, Tennessee, conveniently located near Greeneville and the Tri-Cities. The practice cares for children from birth through age 21, offering walk-in urgent care for acute illnesses and minor injuries, as well as primary care by appointment. Its team includes pediatrician Dr. Richard S. McGill, D.O., FAAP, and two pediatric nurse practitioners; the practice is accepting new primary care patients.

Primary care services include well-child exams, childhood vaccinations following CDC guidelines, ADHD management, and sports physicals.
