This website is a joint initiative between The Paediatric Society of New Zealand - Te Kāhui Mātai Arotamariki o Aotearoa and the Starship Foundation, with support and funding from Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand. The Paediatric Society of New Zealand is a multidisciplinary society dedicated to improving children's health, while the Starship Foundation raises funds for medical equipment and services.
Together, their mission is to provide parents, caregivers, and whānau with valuable information about various health topics concerning their children. The content on KidsHealth NZ is constantly updated and organizes information into two main sections: keeping children safe and well, and information for when children are unwell or have specific health issues.
