Kids HeArt Yoga

Kids HeArt Yoga is a wellness-focused brand that brings movement, mindfulness, creativity, and self-expression together for children. Founded in 2015 by Aimee Noffsinger and Marissa Woods, the Evanston, Illinois-based organization grew from a desire to create experiences where kids could move, explore the arts, and build confidence. Its work includes playful yoga and arts-based programs, alongside CONNECTION!, a mindful, movement-based card game designed for families, teachers, and therapists.

Made for ages six and up and suitable for two or more players, CONNECTION! offers a quick, screen-free way to share active, creative play. Players encounter yoga poses, drawing prompts, and performance challenges, with activities that encourage movement, laughter, breathing, and interaction. The game is designed to support connection and creativity while making mindful moments enjoyable.
