Kids Shine Development Center is a child-focused organization dedicated to helping children build confidence, develop essential skills, and reach their full potential. Its mission centers on inclusion, supporting children in feeling involved in their communities regardless of their abilities or skill levels. The center works with children with unique and special needs and aims to empower both children and their families as they pursue their goals.

Kids Shine provides pediatric occupational therapy (OT) and speech-language pathology (SLP) services to support children’s development and growing independence. Its approach is focused on helping each child strengthen the skills needed to participate and succeed in everyday life. The center also shares educational resources about topics such as the proprioceptive system, the vestibular system, the midbrain, and brain organization, reflecting its interest in child development and learning.

Kids Shine Development Center serves families in Vancouver, the North Shore, and Burnaby. Through its services and resources, the organization seeks to create a supportive environment where children can develop at their own pace and families can work toward meaningful goals together.
