Kidsyoga & Mind Loosdrecht offers playful yoga and mindfulness experiences designed to support children’s wellbeing and development. In a busy world filled with school demands and constant stimulation, the brand helps children pause and notice their feelings, thoughts, and breathing. Its classes aim to encourage self-confidence, concentration, relaxation, healthy posture and movement, and respect for personal boundaries and others.

Unlike adult yoga, sessions are creative, expressive, and built around imaginative themes that vary by age. Activities may include child-friendly meditation, breathing exercises, mindfulness, playful yoga poses, and creative projects, sometimes with dancing or singing. Group classes are limited to six children and are offered for ages 5–8 and 8–11, allowing each child personal attention.
