Kielibuusti Språkboost

Kielibuusti is an open-access, free online resource for learning Finnish and Swedish and supporting language learning in Finland. Developed through collaboration among higher education institutions, the site brings together practical information and materials for learners, teachers, employers, and study and career advisers. The Ministry of Education and Culture has supported the development of its content, and the project is part of the Talent Boost service commitment involving higher education institutions and the ministry.

Learners can explore self-study materials, courses, language-learning tips, tests, skill levels, and resources on integration, culture, and society. The site also features learning stories and materials developed through Kielibuusti. For language teachers, it offers teaching and pedagogical resource banks, professional networks, and guidance on supporting learners. Employers can find information on international recruitment, onboarding, multilingual workplace practices, and language learning at work. Advisers and higher education institutions can access tools for study and career guidance, language learning during higher education, and internship supervision.
